Are these genuine MOPAR parts? Yes. Every product we sell is a genuine OEM MOPAR part manufactured to Stellantis factory specifications. Each part ships in its original MOPAR packaging with the factory part number printed on the product.
Will these parts fit my truck? Every product listing includes the OEM part number and a detailed fitment list showing the exact year, make, model, and engine size. Match the part number to your vehicle's owner manual or existing part. If you are unsure, contact us at support@americanoemparts.com with your VIN and we will verify fitment for you.
What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
How long does shipping take? We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in the email or enter the number on the carrier's website (USPS or UPS).
Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship within the United States only.
