Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
American OEM Parts currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
All orders totaling $20 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $20 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Carriers
We use USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. American OEM Parts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@americanoemparts.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
