RETURN & REFUND POLICY
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original MOPAR packaging
- In resellable condition with all labels and part numbers intact
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@americanoemparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@americanoemparts.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned. Filter kits with broken seals cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
