The Fleetguard CV50634 is a genuine Cummins Filtration crankcase ventilation (CCV) filter element with patented impactor technology, designed for Cummins ISX and ISM heavy-duty diesel engines in Class 8 trucks. This high-efficiency breather element separates aerosolized engine oil and crankcase blow-by particulates before they route back through the intake system, protecting your turbocharger and intercooler from oil fouling while reducing crankcase emissions.

These are NOT interchangeable. The CV50634 will not fit a RAM pickup truck, and the CV52001 will not fit a Class 8 truck.
